Job Requirements
Aspiring fresh graduates are welcomed, and 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity has advantage.
Proven ability in using graphic and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent verbal / written communication in Cantonese and English.
Passionate in cloud technology, and agility at learning new products and features.
A technology-savvy quick learner would be a plus, especially knowledge and experience with Microsoft cloud products such as Microsoft 365, EM&S or Azure, or other cloud technologies.
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can follow-through actions and smartly align priorities.
Able to timely and accurately produce progress report and escalated issues.

Work as one of the ambassadors to interact with clients to understand their adoption status and provide practical guidance in adoption of Microsoft technologies
Support engagement with clients to develop a professional relationship through on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, resulting in higher levels of customer satisfaction
Support adoption training content research and production
Support coordination of the delivery of adoption workshops
Work with internal team on preparation of regular advisory reports with insights and recommendations
Identify opportunities for higher adoption support leveraging on Microsoft FastTrack Ready Program
Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improving customer success practices
