Job Requirements
5+ years of Product Development experience in Managerial position in the Underwear and Apparel industry.
Understanding of fabrics construction and performance, garment construction of the Intimate and apparel business.
Positive Attitude, keen to learn new ways to work
Possess the knowledge of cost making and product market cost in different production areas COO,
Able to evaluate and manage MOQs/MCQs
Have basic knowledge of international trade regulation such as: duty free areas, basic logistic procedures
Proven technical knowledge of Lingerie intimate products, Sportswear, Beachwear and Loungewear products
Strong problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
Able to maintain and implement the supply chain according to the company requests
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong follow-up and follow-through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion.
Desire and ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, goals-oriented environment.
Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel. Outlook).
Possess knowledge of Sustainability and CSR practices
Must have strong communication skills.
Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Possess a basic knowledge of Design and trends in Intimate and apparel field
Ability to create and improve processes and have exceptional organizational skills
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, with Vendors, peers, and management.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Textile and/or Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration required.
Job Duties
Mange the product development of all Intimate, Beachwear and Loungewear collections from initial concepts, design, prototyping, sampling, salesman sample development.
Work with Designers, Product Developers, Patternmakers and Technical Dept. to proactively manage the design, fabric, fit, and trim requirements relative to manufacturability, performance, quality, cost, lead-times, and minimums.
Conduct studies for new concept and innovative products.
Create, implement and maintain Product Development reporting tools
Work with internal teams to maintain bill of materials and tech pack during development process.
Communicate information and any issues to all related internal parties as well as to local and overseas vendors.
Track, request samples, revisions and approvals throughout development process.
Maintain strong team interaction with Managers, Merchandising, Design, Production, Logistic, and Quality Assurance.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures for best practices.
Assist in the garment fit process assuring fit direction is appropriate/consistent with the design intent and maintained through the product development process.
Communicate all necessary information to the Headquarter Product Development Team, Design, and external vendors to ensure the effective and efficient creation of outstanding product.
Ensure target price and product designs are aligned through predictive costing.
Update weekly PD reports.
Assist the supervisor in day-to-day functions.
Manage the sustainability practices such as: Reading and understanding Social Audit Reports, recycled/sustainable materials development.
