Position Assistant Manager, HR & Administration (Associate)

Job Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
3-5 years hands on experience in HR & Administration
Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, initiative and attention to details
Excellent and effective communication & negotiation skills
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation, regional exposure is a plus
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred but not a must
Perform full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance management, change management, employee relations in Hong Kong & overseas region
Assist Head of HRA to develop and implement HR policies and procedures for Hong Kong and offshore offices; with periodical review and design the best practice to comply with local regulations
Provide strategical advise to Senior Management in ad hoc HRA projects
Value building and maintain positive morale for the teams
Build operational efficiency process across all personnel and administration functions
Lead and manage the staff activities program
Secretarial support to Senior Management
