Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, building prospects pipeline, identifying new lead generation.
Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives to increase client base.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to identifying new sales lead.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Developing growth strategies and plans -
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Preparing presentations and sales displays
Negotiating with stakeholders
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

Secondary Responsibilities
Operation Management – Work with Field Operations to make sure that programs are executed accordingly and delivered to the satisfaction of the client.
Program Design and Delivery – Make sure programs are designed according to the requirement of the client and delivered to client accordingly.
Sales and Marketing - Collaborate with Marketing Team in terms of promotion and sales material.

Other responsibilities
Logistics Management - Manage, develop the Logistics Manager & the logistic team including the booking function, review purchase needs and requests and have final approval, oversee an annual audit of suppliers, recommend cost-cutting options, recommend workflow improvement
