Job Requirements
Under Corporate Administration Department – HR & Administration Section
Form 5 or above
1 year experience in administration field or fresh graduate also will be consider
good computer skills in word, excel & e-mail
Good communications skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Pleasant personality, Positively, Multitasking and Stress Management Skills, Self-motivate, sincere, high responsibility, stability & good inter-personal
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Job Duties:
Responsible for phone answering, sending and receiving correspondence via courier/forwarder/post, greeting clients/customers and tea serving.
Office Hygiene and Tidy Maintenance : office cleaning, telephone/PC/copiers monitoring and tidy up the meeting room as well.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items: such as; printing paper, name card, stationery & refreshment,
Maintain office equipment, including copy machines/ fax machines, water pantry, furniture & fittings, office air-conditioner….etc
Reservation for office meeting rooms, restaurant, hotel & ticket when requested by customers/management/internal staffs
Payment handling for non-trade expense (including personal expenses) as well as checking the statement and vouchers.
Company (COO) car arrangement
ad hoc project request from time to time.
