Position Account Manager (Inside Sales)

Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
1-2 years working experience in corporate B2B business (Telecom/ISP/SI partners with Microsoft Cloud sales experiences are highly preferred), and strong proven sales or consulting background is a plus
With solid existing IT base are highly preferred
Basic Knowledge or concept in Cloud solution such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage
Interested in developing your career in fast growing Cloud industry becoming a professional
Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in being a trusted advisor
Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

Maintain long term relationship with existing customers by providing support, information and guidance
Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
Develop new business with existing and potential customers via telephone calls and emails
Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success
Responsible to follow up any outstanding issue with clients till closure
Provide administration support to Sales Team
Any other duties as assigned by Superior
