Position Human Resources Specialist - 6 Months' Contract
Salary 25 - 30K
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable organization including recruitment function or recruitment agency
Experience in candidate attraction and organizing employees activities is preferred
Customer focus, strong interpersonal and communications skills
Passionate in all round HR function, proactive, flexible with positive attitude
Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration with different levels of employees
Well-organized and strong presentation skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process for assigned positions for HK and other locations including CVs screening, provide interview comments and schedule coordination
Drive and identify recruitment through different channels including LinkedIn and social media
Liaise and negotiate with agencies, service provider and search firms
Partner with HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and selection criteria
Best use and share of ATS and social medial searching technique to strength team's talent acquisition capability
Manage internal application process and employee referral program
Lead and propose employees activities and close coordination with 3rd party vendors for activities and employee assistance program. Organize staff activities and be active role to facilitate Staff Committee
Maintain intranet portal information update and support ad-hoc projects
Manage routine reports for analysis, prepare presentation
