Job Requirements
Degree holder with product marketing experience or related disciplines, preferably in telecom or IT field
7+ years of experience in telecommunication industry
Expert in consumer marketing, Telecom service campaign management and Channel vendor management
Candidate with experience in managing sizable marketing budget is highly preferred
Excellent teamwork spirit, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, leadership, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is a must
Analyze customer behavior and needs referencing market research and customer profile; propose actionable initiatives and marketing campaign for customer acquisitions. Such campaigns shall coordinate with Overseas Sales Units to ensure its success
Plan, implement and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns and customer event to deliver acquisition target
Manage and allocate marketing budget to different Overseas Sales Units, provide guideline on its usage to maximize its effectiveness
Act as a designated contact for Overseas Sales Units, provide relevant guideline, training and support to OSU on different internal process, including but not limited to campaign related process
Prepare relevant reports to reflect marketing campaign effectiveness and conduct campaign review on regular basis
