Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Entry level through 3 years of customer relations experience.
Dealing with customers, mainly in USA, Hong Kong and Mainland China
Supplier is located in China, and some from Asia Pacific Regions

Key Accountabilities:
Directly responsible for project management functions relating to contract packaging customer base, including interaction with the customer’s decision makers.
Builds order specifications, prepares material plans, places orders for materials with pre-approved vendors, creates bill of materials, enter sales orders in the order entry system, handles miscellaneous invoicing, and maintains appropriate records.
Supports sales in quoting and estimating projects and less complex displays by applying established pricing methodologies. Prices under established margins and delivers quotations. Validates sales contracts and purchase orders; ensures agreements are in place and properly managed.
Investigates and resolves customer complaints by involving appropriate departments within facility.
Seeks guidance for process solutions; limited authority to resolve issues within current processes
