Position Cost Management Manager (Station in Shenzhen)

Job Requirements
Degree holder major in Engineering/ Economic or equivalent
5 years or above management experience, preferably from manufacturing industry
Cost Management skill for Components and products
General knowledge about international standard IATF, etc
Good communication in written and spoken English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese will be a definite benefit.
Independent, ability to work under pressure and self-motivated with good negotiation / presentation skills.
Work station at Shenzhen

To contribute company management through CMD activities;
Collect cost data such as material cost, Labour cost, ,time standard/ labor rate/ investment, etc. and calculate cost status with proper profit;
After mass-production,conduct Product Cost management and making improvement plan if status is worse;
Manage product cost data, Material, Labor and Quality cost of each product;
Manage production cost especially major products and major customers;
Cost status analysis and hold meeting with related dept. regularly;
Propose improvement plan about low or negative profit motor to related department and solve product cost;
Organize and facilitate Cost Improvement Project;
Follow up cost improvement project for special products;
Set standard product cost at the beginning of each budget year;
Analysis and take necessary action to improve products cost;
Set up CA system for product cost management and issue analysis report to top management timely;
Control standard issue (WI)
