Position Divisional Manager/ Manager - Industrial Engineering

Job Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines;
Over 10 years of relevant experience gained from garment manufacturing industry, in which 3 years in the department head level;
Strong knowledge and experience in Garment Sewing Data (GSD);
Proven track record of improving efficiency;
Well-experienced in new project implementation and management;
Good team player with excellent leadership and time management skills;
Familiar with the manufacturing environment of PRC, working experience in PRC is a must;
Willing to stay and travel to China frequently and occasionally travel to Cambodia.

Oversee the performance of the industrial engineering team and ensure the team achieves both team and company performance objectives;
Provide strategic guidance and prioritization of work to ensure work is effectively supporting the goals of the assigned utility programs;
Lead the team to identify operational bottlenecks and develop, analyze and present cost efficient solutions;
Lead and provide technical leadership to the team in continuous improvement projects in process, workflow, automation and introduction of new tools by standard IE methods.
Introduce new manufacturing concepts and production technologies to production plant that enhance the productivity;
Conduct ergonomic evaluations, recommending and implementing improvements to work area designs.
Provide guidance and opportunities for team members to grow professionally.
