Job Requirements
Degree holder of Human Resources Management or other business related subjects
10 years above solid experience in Human Resources and Administration, of which 5 years at managerial level
Experience at listed company is a MUST
Expeirence at sizable trading and manufacturer is preferable
Familiar with both the Hong Kong and China labour law
Mature, Independent and willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Well organized, strong skill in planning, coordination & control and problem solving
Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
Fluency in both English and Chinese
Occasional travel to China and offshore countries

Responsible in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies to support business needs
Responsible for full spectrum of HR services including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
Assist in effective planning and coordination of training activities
Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK employment ordinance and other regulations
Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews exercises
Provide support and coordinate various HR projects and corporate-wide projects/initiatives
Ad-hoc tasks assigned within HR functions
