Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as HR manager
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices preferable
Station in our Vietnam factory
Job Duties:
Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process
Maintain leave & attendance as well as different type of allowance follow-up & monitoring
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Ensure proper implementation for policies, rules and regulations of the company
Nurture a positive working environment
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Handle disciplinary action, grievance and industrial relation issue of the factory
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilities
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by management
