Position Senior Human Resources Manager (Retail Operations)

Job Requirements
University graduates in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
12 years or above solid HR experience in sizable / retail company, with at least 5 years at managerial level. Experienced in sizable Company, retail, or FMCG is highly preferred
Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
Multi-tasking, meticulous, organized, detailed, result-oriented, and able to meet tight work deadlines
Well versed in HK and Macau employment ordinance
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good at numbers and proficient in both English and Chinese
Manage all aspects of recruitment activities to ensure smooth and effective recruitment process at all times, meeting the manpower needs of the business
Ensure the recruitment related process are comply with legal and statutory requirements
Lead and manage the Payroll Team in delivering all payroll and related functions, such as monthly payroll, MPF, tax reporting, annual salary increment etc
Lead and manage other employee relations functions such as talent management, employee compensation, charity and other company events etc.
Provide advice to senior staff in SO team, such as VP – Sales Operation, Operations Director, Operations Managers and Shop Supervisors on staffing issues
Manage relationship with the Operation Managers and Shop Supervisors to ensure smooth communication and function
Demonstrate and reinforce the Company’s Vision and Value at all times and provide the necessary leadership to gain commitment from teammates
Identify work issues and remove barriers enabling team member work efficiently and effectively
