Job Requirements
University graduate
At least 5 years’ solid experience in CS and Service-after-sales functions, preferably gained from luggage / bag industry with product knowledge
Customer oriented, positive with “can-do” attitude
Mature, detailed-mind with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
The job holder’s key responsibilities are to:
Oversee the Service-after-sales functions in HK
Responsible for the P&L on the Service-after-sales functions
Plan, execute and monitor the operations of after sales team and service center by providing high quality customer and after sales services in order to achieve high customer satisfaction
Handles service after sales related enquiries and complaints professionally
Assist the technician for the repair techniques in the repair center
Follow-up the stock of spare parts periodically
Responsible for maintenance and report generation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Prepare reports & data analysis
Ad-hoc projects as assigned
