Position Property Manager

Job Requirements
Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines, member of MCIH, MHKIH or RPHM is a must
Minimum 8 years of experience in property management with at least 5 years in managerial level, preferably with experience in management portfolio
Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinances, DMC and/or related ordinances
Excellent communication and supervisory skills with ability to work with people at all levels, highly proactive, customer-oriented and be prepared to take on additional roles
Must be a good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
Fluent in spoken/written English/Chinese with conversational Mandarin
Handle daily operation of a portfolio of residential/commercial buildings
Enforce company/ISO policies and procedures to maintain/enhance quality of service
Organize tendering procedures for repair/maintenance on the property and follow through on capital improvement projects
Manage resident/tenant enquiries/complaints in an efficient manner
Partner with leasing/sales teams in organizing promotional events
Prepare annual budgets and control expenses for each property
