Position Senior Manager – HR (Corporate Projects)

Job Requirements
Degree with 7 - 9 years HR generalist experience.
Track record in managing and leading HR projects in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Prior exposure to the manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Significant experience in handling HR issues for multiple site locations with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC employment laws and HR best practices, and the ability to apply them to drive and develop change processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills with the ability to influence people at all levels to drive HR strategies.
Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and effective time management for efficient completion of responsibilities.
Willingness to travel to PRC and Cambodia occasionally.

Handle and support multiple new strategic HR initiatives, including but not limited to performance management, change management, people development, succession planning, special recruitment projects etc.
Identify HR strategies to align to changes in the business.
Develop, implement and monitor projects pertaining to the HR strategies identified.
Build key relationships at all levels to gain their support on project roll-out to further the success of the HR initiatives.
Work closely with business units to ensure that the HR initiatives are clearly communicated, well-comprehended and effectively adopted.
Review, evaluate and improve initiatives after implementation.
In consultation with line managers, perform competency-based job analysis to revamp the job descriptions of positions.
Coordinate cross units business communication meetings.
Ongoing review and update of the HR Policies and Procedures, and draft template documentation (such as letters, forms, checklists etc.) accordingly.
