Position Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager
Salary 30 - 40K
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
At least 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable apparel organization with off-shore HR function experience (e.g. Bangladesh, PRC, Cambodia will be preferred)
Well verse of Employment Law & MPF Regulation of Hong Kong
Some knowledge of PRC Labour Law (plus Cambodia and/or Bangladesh) will be an advantage
Independent handle employee issues with solution propose to Line Managers
Experience in handle project from Planning to Execution independently
Strong collaboration with internal and external parties to establish Company Branding to others
Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel with advance function such as vlook up, Pivot Table, “if” function
Detail-minded with high sense of urgency and on-time delivery
Responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, customer-oriented and well-organized
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Less experience candidate will consider as Assistant HR Manager
