Position Assistant HR Manager
Salary 30 - 40K
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in Human Resources with sizable organization of which at least 3 years in supervisory role demonstrated experience managing a group of 10 or more staffs;
Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
A team player with excellent leadership, interpersonal, enthusiastic, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Capable to handle multi-tasks / projects and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
Excellence in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Working experience in Construction industry and good knowledge of using SAP system is an advantage;
Immediate available will be preferred.
**Candidate with more experience will consider as Human Resources Manager.
Assist Head of Human Resources to oversee the HR Department in providing a full range of HR services, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, people development and HR operation re-engineering;
Assist in reviewing and formulating Human Resources policies and procedure which align to the Company’s goals;
Maintain a strong communication network with all level staff and management team members.
