Job Requirements
Degree Holder- Major in Textile with Footwear production or processes preferable
Minimum 5-10 years relevant working experience; with at least 3 to 5 years working with Textile / Footwear Linings / Apparel Fabrics development at managerial level of international firms.
Creative design concepts with latest knowledge of fashion/Shoes/footwear/Apparel/Fabrics/Textile /Accessories trends
Strong communication skills to manage internally and can communicate to external parties & customers & brands professionals.
Extensive experience in leading / liaising teams of operations /productions /laboratory managers, ideally within large, complex organizations
Sound knowledge with Global Footwear/Apparel brands specifications and special requirements
Energetic, ambitious, patience, able to meet tight deadlines and can work under pressure for challenging jobs & new development jobs
Station in Southern China.
May need t o travel frequently within China & Overseas
Good in written & spoken English & Putonghua
Job Scope:
To design and develop new footwear linings, Textile & Apparel fabrics or relevant textile/accessories products for customers / future apparel, footwear and accessories markets fields;
Can lead up the development, laboratory and production teams for completion of new development designs products of footwear linings/ apparel fabrics / relevant accessories for Apparel/Footwear /
Handbags/Textile fields with the brands’ specifications & requirements under tight target dates;
To help to assist our customers/brands professionals in straighten out and to solve their production techniques problems during their production processes.
