~ Form 5 or above
~ 1 – 3 year key account experience
~ Previous experience working in high jewellery or fine jewellery or costume jewellery or fashion jewellery has an advantage
~ Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
~ Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Willing to travel
~ Fresh graduate will also be considered

^?Duties
~ Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
~ Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
~ Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
~ Set design requirements based on information from customers.
~ Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
~ Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
~ Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
~ Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
~ Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
~ Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
~ Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
~ Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
~ Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
~ Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
~ Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
~ Tracking and fixing shipping errors
~ Preparing bills and invoices
~ Managing distribution and shipment budgets
~ Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
~ Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
