- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in IT security in the financial sector (insurance preferably).
- Ability to understand business impact of information security risks.
- Strong background in managing cyber incidents and handling daily security operations.
- Proficiency in security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Self-motivated to work independently and strong passion for learning and growth.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred​.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company assets.
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely detection and resolution.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance security controls and prevent cyber threats.
- Continuously monitor security systems and processes to detect vulnerabilities and respond proactively.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives for employees.
