Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain
• At least 10 years of solid experience in Shipping, NVOCC or Freight forwarding industries
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to Southeast Asia and Middle East countries
• Able to work independently and under pressure
  
  Responsibilities:
• Focus on overseas agent development and rates in Arabian Gulf(AG) / Red Sea(RS) & Intra Asia(IA) regions.
• Work closely with all branch offices and Sales team to develop business in AG/RS & IA Regions.
• Attend freight forwarding association conference to get new agent support.
• Communicate and strength relationship with overseas agents to obtain support and business in AG/RS & IA Regions.
• Negotiate with carriers for ocean freight rate and manage contracts
• Coordinate with carriers for all branch offices regarding all matters related to rates, space and equipment.
