Job Requirements

Requirements
• At least 10 years PIE experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in Automotive / ISO16949 / IATF16949 / VDA6.3 will be an advantage
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Station in China (Shenzhen)
  
  Responsibilities
• Monitor the daily operations of PIE Department in China
• Lead the PIE Team to develop and implement manufacturing processes, a productivity improvement program and profitability studies
• Identify new market trend, update new technology and smart automation system in order to improve the manufacturing operations
• Handle production line design and development, capacity improvement, preventive maintenance and make continuously improvement
• Optimize IE daily operation (e.g, Lean, Capacity and Layout, etc.)
• Attend regular meeting and provide approriate training programme
• Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting on all issues
