Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 5 years relevant experience in managing clinic operation
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
  
  Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the Chinese medicine clinic to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Responsible for the development and management of medical service business
• Develop business plans and implement related activities like sales and marketing campaigns, sales promotion to achieve agreed objectives
• Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with customers
• Handle customer enquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure that the efficient and high quality service are delivered to customers
