Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above
• Excellent in Excel Skills, Familiar with (Pivot Table and V Lookup) IS A MUST!
• Could read simplified Chinese 能閱讀簡體字
• Proficiency in PC operations including Word, Excel, fast accurate input Chinese.
• Able to read English and reply email.
• Passed in Eng. Subject DSE/HKCEE
• With at least 2 years relevant supply chain experience, preferably warehouse and logistics clerical experience
• Well-organised and attentive to details; Stable working history Responsibilities:
• Input data into Database
• Update data file with in Excel
• Prepare & co-ordinate with clients for delivery arrangement & documents
• Follow up with clients instruction & provide stock availability & shipping information to stores/warehouse
