Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience including at least 3 years in managerial position
• Working experience in retail operation is preferable
• Familiar with Techland is an asset
• Able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy and responsibility
• A proactive and mature team player with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
  Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full set of accounts & lead a team to perform all-round accounting function
• Monitor cash balance and cash management including payment and fund transfer
• Clear unidentified receipts and payment discrepancies with an objective of clearing balances timely and efficiently
• Calculate monthly commission for shop colleagues
• Prepare regular management reports, financial analysis, budgets and forecast with recommendation
• Review & implement accounting policies and control ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Liaise with banks, auditors and other regulatory bodies
• Handle company tax issues and liaise with tax agents and/or authorities
• Participate in computerized system / software enhancement and development
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
