Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, with accounting professional qualifications
• At least 5 years managerial experience from manufacturing firms, PRC experience & knowledge preferred
• Independent, reliale, stron organizational abilities & able to work under pressure
• Fluency in written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Hands-on financial statement reporting and consolidation experience
• Proficiency in MS office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
  
  Responsibilities:
• Lead the accounting team in the overall finance & accounting operations, includling daily accounting work, internal control, budgeting, audit & taxation & any ad hoc project
• Perform analysis & timely management reports for management review
• Assist management in monitoring & reviewing accounting operations of its PRC subsidiary & ensure all practice is in legal compliance
• Liaise with auditors, banks
• Participate in annual audit and interim report
• Review and develop accounting policies and internal control system
• Supervise a team in HK & PRC to monitor the finance and accounting functions
