• 5 years relevant experience in Lingerie in Buying office
• Fluent English is a MUST
• With excellent technical skills, goal oriented, ambitious, independent and project oriented.
• Travel required to China and other Asian production markets,
  
  Job Duties
  Development to Production
• Know your customer/brand.
• Have the overall responsibility from product development to order shipped out:
• Achieve the best deal and quality standard according to company requirements together with team.
• Constantly evaluate and review method, to secure optimized way of working in order to keep every step in the process as simple and effective as possible.
  Technical product development:
• Work close together with technical team, Material & Component RnD, PD, GT team to secure development with right supplier based on best deal opportunity and capacity strategy set by management.
  Technical and sample management
• secure quality according to group standards.
• Ensure that products are developed consistent with the established fit and quality standards, within manufactories capabilities and cost specifications.
• In charge of overall sample approval process in Hong Kong.
• Arrange and execute fitting on live models weekly.
• Keep every stage of the process as short and effective as possible, secure that the team is pro-active work with merchandising team to secure the timeline.
