Job Requirements

• Tertiary educated preferably with academic qualification in Logistics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience including at least 3 years in managerial position.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse and transportation management is a must.
• A responsible leader with strong supervisory, management and communication skills
• Good sense of stock accuracy and strong analytical ability.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese typing.
• Immediate available preferred.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Responsible for effective logistics operation including warehousing and delivery transportation.
• Manage daily warehouse operation such as pick & pack, loading & unloading, re-labelling, storage, delivery, goods return and warehouse security.
• Lead a warehouse & logistics team and deploy proper resources to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery.
• Consolidate daily delivery order, plan and review capacity and journey of fleet to fully utilize the resources and support ad hoc assignment.
• Implement and monitor inventory control to ensure stock flow accuracy.
• Prepare reports related to inventory, logistics, operational efficiency, and budgeting.
• Enforce and review security and work safety measures and controls in warehouse periodically .
• Review operation procedures and drive process improvement.
