Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in accountancy or related study
  • 5 years+ relevant working experience, with trading or manufacturing background is an advantage but not essential
  • Familiar with accounting system
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
  • Logical mind, well-organized, communicative

    Responsibilities:
  • Process daily accounting operations and month-end closing
  • Prepare journal and update data in Accounting system
  • Prepare consolidation & financial reports
  • Liaise with auditors & bankers
  • Conduct financial analysis when required
  • Assist in budgeting, cashflow management, annual audit & stock take
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required
  • No strong need of travelling to China or Vietnam. Maybe occasional travel post-Covid time.
