Job Requirements
- F.5 or DSE or above (with level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE/HKDSEE)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
- Good telephone and administrative writing skills
- Well-mannered, strong sense of responsibility & cooperative and professionalism
- Well-organized, self-motivated, mature, cheerful and good team player
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Immediately Available Preferred Responsibilities:
- Performs all the activities associated with a receptionist and provide office administrative support for the departments.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Answers phone calls and schedule meetings.
- Sorts/distributes incoming mails & parcels and prepare outgoing mails & parcels for pick-up or courier;
- Monitors, control and order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
- Updates contact lists of business suppliers and working partners;
- Arranges and monitors maintenance for office equipment and supervise all activities related to working environment;
- Assists to organize meetings and company activities;
- Handles travel arrangements in regard to visa application, tickets, car, hotel and restaurant reservations;
- Submits and reconcile expense reports;
- Records staff's business trip, holiday, sickness and attendance status;
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Provides general administrative and PEOPLE support internally and externally;
- Executes the task assigned by leader;
- Summarizes and updates weekly visiting & buying schedule;
- Assists in the preparation of project-based work;
- Handles administrative requests from upper management;
- Provides local practical support for expatriate colleagues
- Ensures that all tools and task are followed, presented and executed in timely manner according to agreed deadlines
- Supervises the daily work for Office Assistants.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
