Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience , previous exposure working in labor-intensive industry will be a definite advantage
• Mature, detail-minded and a good team player
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel is a must) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
  
  Responsibilities:
• Perform all-rounded HR services including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training & development as well as other HR projects
• Support payroll calculation, incentive calculation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters
• Plan and execute employee relations activities
• Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
• Well closely with departments and provide HR operation administrative support
• Support any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
