Job Requirements

• University graduate, with 5 years related experiences
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented, flexible and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, good team leader and effectively working with different stakeholders.
• Good mathematical aptitude and ability to deal with complexities
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferable Responsibilities:
• Assist Operations Director to oversee full spectrum of medical operations, includes customer services, medical billing & claims, and network management to maintain high standard of quality Close supervision on network management, complaint follow up; and coach subordinates for their carrying out work smoothly
• Follow through system enhancement/ project with IT and teammates
• Deal with internal and external stakeholders for operations processes for new and existing business
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure teammates’ work delivered are of high quality
• Formulating, implementing and counselling on departments’ policies and procedures
• Handle any other medical operations and projects as assigned
