Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
At least 2 years or above working experience in customer service field
Knowledge and experience in retail industry is highly preferred
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandari

Handle telephone / email queries and complaints with professional manner and customer service skills
Co-ordinate company-wide membership and loyalty program administration
Identify customers’ needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
Liaise with internal departments to follow up customers cases
Feedback comments for service improvements
!Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned
