Education/Degrees: Bachelor Degree of Visual Merchandising / Design or related discipline
Experience: Experience of visual merchandising in apparel with APAC regional exposure. Athleisure and Sportswear experience will be an advantage.
Special Skills: Creativity, Organization & analytical skills, Multi-tasking, Decision making, Interpersonal & Communication skills
Language: Fluent Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
Years of experience: 6+ years relevant experience, preferably with regional experience and know China market well
Required Skills/Knowledge
Work experience as brand principle role on visual merchandising and in-depth knowledge of retail industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a highly-matrix business environment with people from diversified background and at all levels
Planning and Organization, and can work independently
Computer literate AI, Photoshop, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Job Function/Purpose
This position will provide guidance and manage distributors/franchisees’ Company store visual merchandising across ESEA markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Southeast Asia markets – this is a boarder responsibilities including franchises store construction/VM/window & in-store display, training and VM manual preparation, etc. He/she will assist GM together with distributor/ franchisee to gradually establish standard and protocol for Champion store visual merchandising. The position will directly impact on the Company brand image as well as sales performance.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
In charge of developing visual merchandising guidelines for APAC market across multi-channel business (retail store, shop in shop, wholesale corners etc.).
Manage Champion stores image and ensure consistent and effective executions.
Written of SOP for generic VM standards as well as seasonal window & in-store display guidelines.
Work closely with in-house merchandising and marketing team and distributors/franchisees to develop display campaign concept. Brainstorm display solutions to meet business goals. Design, develop and source display tools (signages, props etc.) whenever necessary.
Supervise and monitor distributors/franchisees on VM executions. Conduct store visits to ensure visual standards and guidelines are followed.
Provide training to distributors/franchisees on VM.
Work with agency on developing store concept and create guideline for markets. Review and feedback floor plan from distributors/franchisees, and follow up on approval for new store opening.
