Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant working experiences, with end user system support & system administration. IT or garment industry is preferred
Knowledge in Windows XP, 7, 10, Windows Server 2003, 2012 OS, MS Office
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:
VC & VoIP systems, such as Sony and CNG systems.
Cisco routers/switches
Networking (LAN, WAN, PPPoE, NAT, IPsec & TCP/IP)
Work within a IT, Internet Operations environment is advantage
MCSE and CCNA certification is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work independently & being a good team player with good communication skill

Handle and coordinate daily IT support
Installation, support and configuration of both hardware and software
Assist in ad hoc tasks delegated by manager
Build good partnership with other internal teammates
Conduct regular system administration and installation.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
