Job Requirements
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant experience with 3 years experience in managerial level
Relative experience in F&B or FMCG industry will be a definite advantage
Enjoy working in challenging environment, capable of handling multi-tasks
Detail minded, self-initiative with good analytical and problem solving skills
Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel) & Chinese word processing
Responsible for recruitment and selection, manpower planning and employee relations
Lead a small team to arrange recruitment activities
Work closely with line managers to identify hiring needs and give advice to line managers on candidate selection
Explore and adopt suitable recruitment strategies to attract talents joining the company
Maintain, review and update HR policies and internal working guidelines in a timely manner
Responsible for preparing statistical HR reports and analyses to the management regularly
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Handle other projects assigned by the management
