Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder
At least 1 years’ experience in customer services / sales / airline / hotel / front desk reception / support
Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferable

Provide professional customer service
Build and develop an excellent relationship with customers
Handle customer enquiries thoroughly with professional manner via phone or computer and in person
Co-ordinate with Marketing Department for marketing events
Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of counter area
Provide regular reports and assist in ad hoc assignment
