Position Customer Service Manager

Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Transportation, Logistics or Shipping related discipline.
5-8 years’ solid experience in customer support / key account management in freight forward or logistics.
Familiar with Asia, Europe and South America’s market
Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, and team steering
Fluent spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
Understand customers’ need and provide solutions accordingly for Key Customer's Accounts.
Maintain service quality by continuously improve working outputs.
Work closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled.
Actively participate in existing / new projects / business developments in all aspects.
Regular review meetings with both internal and external customers.
Lead the customer service team, professionally interacts with customers, building strong relationships across various levels.
Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management timely, efficiently and effectively.
