Job Requirements
Education/Degrees: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Merchandising/Clothing/ Textile/Fashion and Retailing or related discipline
Excellent presentation skill
Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin)
7-10+yrs equivalent sales & marketing, business development experience across multiple distribution channels in FASHION/GARMENT or in FMCG industries, preferably with regional experience in Asia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a highly-matrix business environment with people from diversified background and at all levels
Planning and Organization, and can work independently
Business analytical skill
Computer literate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and SNS
Work independently
Willing to travel, expect some travels within Greater China and South East Asia markets
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Key accounts (wholesale) management
To build and reinforce business relationship through effective cooperation and communication with designated key accounts:
Provide post-sales services to all assigned accounts to maximize sales and profit
Frequent visit to assigned accounts to build and strengthen business relationship with key decision makers
Provide effective merchandise service for each customer to increase sales-through efficiency at retail door level
Devise in-store events and promotions to enhance brand awareness and sales performance on regularly basis with accounts
Be responsible for demand planning and sales forecasting per account to maximize volume, profits
Business Development
Explore, examine and evaluate new business opportunities through conducting related market research, market-profile analysis and feasibility study
Devise existing and new market segment business proposal and implementation plan
Build strong customer (retailers/distributors/wholesales) relationships, work with customers to define new and profitable product opportunities and provide marketing expertise for customer retails operations
Manage market intelligence in relation to industry trends, competitive and customer analyses. Report on regularly basis of new competitive activities in the market place. Advises the market trends and fine-tune the sale strategies actively.
