Job Requirements
At least 5 years relevant experience in all round Human Resources & Administration functions
in sizable manufacturing plant
University graduate in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management
is highly preferred
Thorough understanding of safety, security control & factory maintenance
Excellent people management, leadership, communication & problem solving skills
Good command of both written & spoken English, Mandarin & Chinese

Duties :
Supervise the HR & Admin Team to perform the full spectrum of human resources & Administration, functions including implementation & formulation of HR policies, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & employee relations, dormitory & canteen administration
Ensure all aspects are managed effectively and in line with business objectives
Prepare periodic HR statistics reports, manpower planning & strategic recruitment
