Job Requirements
Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
3-5 years of experience in Client service or Back/ Middle Office roles
Candidates with experience in the financial service are preferred
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, positive team player and proactive in developing oneself and others
Good communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Strong common sense, detail minded and good team player is essential.
Job Description
Support client service and business operation
Assist in strategic planning to improve client experience
Liaise closely with various Key business line department
Response to operation needs and provide assistance in administrative and ad hoc work
Opportunity to work on cross-border projects including financial service sectors across Greater China and Southeast Asia
Perform User Acceptance Test on various applications
