Position Customer Service Officer - Freight Forwarding

Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
At least 3-year hands on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding with at least 1 year supervising experiences
Candidate with background in an in-house logistics environment will be an advantage;
Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua;
Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
Job Duties:
Assist to Customer Service Manager in supervising the delegated sub-team of Customer Service Executives
Act as overall backup to Customer Service Manager on assigned and urgent matters during his absent
Control Tower of all matters in relating to Key Accounts in Customer Service Team
Handle routine enquires & complains in a professional and effective manner
Maintain manual/system quotations and prepare regular reports for customers and Customer Service Manager
Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.
