Job Requirements
Degree holder or above of Human Resources or related disciplines
At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in sizable companies with regional exposure is required
Well-versed in HK and PRC employment and taxation law are required
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
Willing to travel to the Mainland China and work flexible hour upon request
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Regional HR Manager

Responsible to provide HR generalist services to HK & other PRC offices
Assist in all round HR duties including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Employee Relations, etc.
Coordinate with the Regional team on HR related projects or tasks
Work closely with regional HR team in ad hoc projects
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required
