Job Requirements
Requirements:
4 years’ or above with event management experience in sizeable company, preferably in Exhibition, Events, Conference and Meeting, Production Management, from planning to on-site execution
Advanced project management skills, including: budget creation, strong communication skills and management and reconciliation
Strong technical skills with proven track records in project management for large scale events
Strong leadership qualities and to lead a team of project staff
Strong communication skills will excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Highly motivated and organized–ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
Work under pressure and meet deadlines
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

Job duties:
Deliver multiple world-class key events for client from multinational corporations and fortune 500 companies
Manage the event operation from initial briefing to reconciliation
Provide consultation and superior project management services
Maintain Client liaison and work with the team to ensure adherence to the standards of operations


Event Operations Duties:
Independent PM responsible for the planning and execution of multiple key events
Manage some or all aspects of the event operation (depending on size and complexity of the project), from initial briefing to reconciliation
Maintain Client liaison and ensure SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are monitored and account and project level KPI's are achieved throughout the event planning process
Work with the team to ensure adherence to the Firm’s standards of operations
Be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events
Create and closely monitor value adds at every opportunity by delivering best practice ideas and actions
Be knowledgeable of best practice and new suppliers, services and venues
Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
Provide support for other team members as required

Administration and General:
Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
Work intelligently and ensure that the Clients, Vendor Management team and colleagues are aware of problems or issues which negatively affect productivity
Build excellent relations with project team & the Firms internal clients through positive communications
Ensure knowledge is shared within the team to enable them to work smarter and more efficiently
