Position HR Manager (Stationed in Dongguan)

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
8-10 years of HR generalist experience at least 4-5 years at managerial or team in charge level
Strong experience in supervising full HR functions in manufacturing industries in PRC
Well-versed with PRC Labour Law & HK Employment Ordinance
Experienced in using HRIS and data analysis
Mature, independant, self-motivated, proactive, positive, excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills
Strong communication skills both spoken & written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
5-day station in Dongguan is required

Plan and execute HR projects for constant improvement of effciency and management quality
Outline talent sourcing and development strategies to support immediate operational needs as well as continous corporate development
Advise senior management on HR related issues
Develop existing HR team
In charge of full spectrum of Human Resources function for the factories which has a workforce more than 5,000 (recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance managemen, employee relations, manpower planning)
