Position HR & Administration Manager

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree of Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years HR & Administrative and Supervisory experience
Soild HK & PRC experience; familiar with HK & PRC labor law
Knowledge of HR & Administrative Management practices and procedures
Knowledge of office software packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Able to work independently & a good team player
Fluent in speaking & written in English & Chinese
Willing to stay 3 days at Dongguan per week
Immediate available will be highly preferred

In charge the daily operation of all round HR & Admin department of HK & Dongguan
Able to handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of an office
Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure that all the office policies are properly communicated to the staff
Oversee the recruitment of new staff, includes promoting staff development, training and induction
Carry out annual staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff;
Delegate work to staff and managing their workload and output;
Design and implement office policies and procedures
Experience in office renovation and relocation project
Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Possess good communication skills and leadership qualities
