Job Requirements
Focusing PRC market with strong knowledge and management skills in FX, gold and buillion products
Degree in Business Management or Marketing or related disciplines
At least eight years business development experience at a management position
Solid experience on business plan development, costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
Experience in dealing with local authorities; Familiar with local authority policies and regulations
Excellent business and commercial sense and judgment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Positive attitude with good negotiation skills
Plenty of initiative
Composed and able to work in extreme fast pace & demanding environment
Ability to interact with and influence diverse groups of people from executive level to junior members of business
Of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment; a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will own the responsibilities
Ability to manage and lead a team; High sense of ownership, accountability and confidentiality. Able to manage the need and the balance of compliances with dynamic business needs
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and social savoir-faire, be tactful, discreet and decisive
Strong knowledge in marketing principles
Knowledgeable in marketing modelling and new market entry strategies

To grow the current businesses.
To identify and create opportunities for new business development within and outside of Hong Kong that will provide longer term sustainability and add value to the overall purpose of the Financial Services Group. To ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment of activities between policies, targets, sales & marketing to maximize business growth opportunities.
Evaluates appropriate market entry opportunities
Identifies service gaps and thereby develops new products/services
Set performance targets & develops/executes business plans that will support the market penetration
Identifies potential local risks and anticipates the impact of social, political & financial dynamics on business opportunities
Provides leadership in the collaborative links between all functions
Positively and constructively represents Financial Services Group to external contacts at all opportunities
Works closely with both internal and external clients at senior levels
Gathers, analyzes and interprets market information
Formulates internal guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Builds rapport, relationship and network with key stakeholders
